Jennifer poor customer service. I should not have been expected to pay an additional $160 when it wasn’t fixed first time. You should guarantee your work. I will never return. I have been going to Honda of Annapolis since 2006 and this would of never happened there. If I could post negative stars I would.

I always enjoy my experience at the Bayside Nissan service department. There staff are friendly and courteous. The waiting area is attractive and comfortable. Best of all, the repair work is excellent and competitively priced. I really appreciate that staff take the time to review thoroughly any additional recommended work without pressuring customers to accept it.

My remote start stopped working when my batteries died , even after new batteries were installed. What's wrong with it?

Mae, Your remote may have lost it programming. Speak to a customer service rep about reprogramming your remote. If you have another one take along with you. It should speed up the programming process.
