Yes, you can also pay your mobile bill too. They can not help you with mobile services after you have activated them for some reason. They have always directed me to use the app which is frustrating

I recommend to call and get an appointment first. If you get an appointment as soon as you arrive (at the scheduled time) you will be the first one in the line. If you don't get an appointment you will be waiting a long time!!! They are very busy always!!!!
Yes you can. It would be best to get an appointment. There is a greeter that takes your name and posts it on a board. I was 17 in line. Took over an hour to get called. I went and checked out the Publix next door to kill some time.
