Is there a line where I can call and talk to an actual person? I can’t get any information from the robots

When I call, I usually press 0 until they say that my call has been transferred

You do get to talk to an actual person. If there's a long wait you get the option for them to call you and the wait is not long.

You have to stay on the line for a long time
