Photography is allowed so I don't see a problem with videography. However, there are at least two specific rooms where photography is prohibited. One is out of respect to the deceased and the other is due to graphic imagery.
Also no flash photography
Video is not allowed inside memorial, outside it is.
Commercial shooting is not allowed, i think could be better you will take contact with them and get a special permission!
No flash
No filming or photos were allowed in the main exhibit area. I did see some people still breaking the rules and taking pictures.
To take pictures without flash there are no restrictions, as Robert expresses there are a couple of rooms that, out of respect for the bereaved, photographs are not allowed. In relation to the video, I do not have concrete information, I suggest approaching the public service desk when entering and consulting. I think I have read that videos for commercial purposes are not allowed.
