We took a guided tour of the museum for an added $20 each. The memorial is outdoor and it's free. I highly recommended it. You can then explore on your own, which is what we did. You can find all the information on the museum website. I highly recommend you purchase your tickets online also to save you up to 1/2 hour waiting time.
The memorial itself is free. The museum is $20 for students and I think $26 for adults.
