You can buy your tickets on line or you can purchase your tickets at the entrance. Tickets are about 28.00 for adults and about 22.00 for kids. I would recommend you get your tickets ahead a time so that you are guaranteed a spot. Otherwise, they may be filled up and you may not get the time or date you want. Getting in to see the museum is not a problem... Going on the tour outside is done only a few times a day. Check out the 9/11 Memorial website do that you can plan your trip better and not feel rushed.

You purchase your tickets from the kiosks that are located on the side of the building. The cost depends on whether you want a guided tour or not.
