There are 3 different paths you can take that are color coded. There are painted markers on the pavement that correspond to the different lengths. There is a sign down there that tells you what each one is.

I believe if you walk around it 1 time taking the outside Trail is equal to 1 mile round walk

It all depends on the track you take. Several different options available. I know there are several different free apps to down load to track you progress. Excellent walking paths with various elevations.
