Literally just went in to pick up an order. It wasn’t even busy in there and it took a long time for them to answer the phone, and when they finally did answer they didn’t say anything and just put the phone down for another 5 minutes. When I got there there was nobody online and I was blatantly ignored by 3 separate workers who were just standing there. The girl at the register stood there playing with change right in front of us. Another young guy worker started making another order on the counter RIGHT in front of us and acted like we weren’t there. After literally 3 minutes of being ignored my boyfriend said we were picking up an order and they all stared at us like we were crazy and then continued to ignore us. We will not be going back there due to how rude and unprofessional the 3 assh*les behind the counter were.

This is easily the ABSOLUTE WORST bagel place I went to in my entire life. The audacity to overprice such horrible bagels is an actual crime, I’m convinced. Also, the only thing I ordered was a bagel toasted and they couldn’t even do something as simple as that. I’ve seen other reviews about horrible customer service and I could not agree more. If I could rate a -100 I would, genuinely. 0/10 recommend.

The service was friendly and quick. My breakfast sandwich was fantastic, fresh cooked eggs and very flavorful meats expertly prepared. All put together beautifully on a fresh tasty Kaiser roll. Delicious! The home fries were a disappointment, very bland and unevenly cooked.
