I did the online check in at 4:20 and it said they closed at 6:00. I get to the store and there is a sign saying they are closing at 5:00 and it’s 4:30. I walk in and they deny us service stating they are closing soon. This store is constantly changing its hours and posting it on the door.

Took a picture of what I wanted and the hairdresser decided what she could do what close enough and said nothing just got to work. Instead of just saying she couldn’t do a hard part she left my kid looking like he got his hair cut by a basic training drop out.

If you use the app,you can check in ahead of time. I did and they took me right back. The woman Tina knew exactly what I was talking about when I described what I wanted done . Handicapped accessible. They are all so nice and considerate here. Will definitely be going back there.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
