5 (Five) Points Car Wash

I was happy the 1st two times I went here. Not so much today. Paid for a premium wash. Rims looked the same after the wash. Plus no tire shine. First two times they sprayed my mats off but not this time. I saw an employee use a rag to wipe his face, then my car (with spray wax on it) then the windows. UGH! Inside windows looked barely touched. A big reason I go to a car wash is to get my windows cleaned as it's hard for me. Guess what I had to do when I got home?! I got charged premium price for a sub-par basic wash. I drive a bit of a distance to go there. I will reconsider. There was no website for me to contact them personally to address this so.... here it is.

I've given this place 3 chances to wash my car. They didn't give me tire shine twice when I paid for it and they do a less than mediocre job on the inside. Not for me!

They do a lot for a little price. For a little extra $$ you can get your rim’s done. And have your car dried. Although it comes with most of the packages. Very friendly staff.

The wash is fine but don’t even consider buying a membership here. You can plan on them being open maybe 1 out of every 5 times you attempt to go during operating hours.
