What time does the Pelham Bay Park parking lot open in the morning?? So I can drive to Pelham Bay Park park and have my boys play on the playground early in the morning before before it gets too chaotic..

Good Morning Kevin I believe the parking lot opens up as early as 6 or 7am in the morning and if it isn't there's street parking on the street for you to park and have a great time with your family.

The park is open at 6 a.m
The parking area where you need to park your car is open as well. People start exercising as early as 5 a.m.
