When is the best time to go walking/running on the park?

For safety around 4pm or 5pm.

I'd say morning hours are the best. It's cooler than later on and very pretty.

I would go in the morning or afternoon

Early morning, especially when it's hot, plenty of people out, as well as Sheriff's officers

Go towards the afternoon...with a partner please 😊

Evening hours are great but, morning hours are better. See you on the track...
