The cherry blossoms welcome center is particularly pretty this time of the year. The reservoir area pretty nice too.

There's not really guided tours however the best time is usually towards the end around April 21st. I'd recommend the entrance off Park Ave for pictures.

I believe they start a few days after Easter. I do the 10k run most years & this year its April 8th, so I'd come check out the blossoms between the 8th & 24th of April. It's beautiful so bring a camera!
