PSE&G Marketplace is a total unprofessional company, I ordered my thermostat on September 19th, 2022 and one month after, they do not have an estimated date to ship it. It looked like a good deal with the rebate, but they cannot honor the orders and they have not provide with any update. Disgusting customer service.

Zero stars if I could. While the five people whom I initially spoke with on the phone were kind and understanding, the supervisor(s) who were supposed to be reviewing my new apartment lease in order to open a new account accused my roommate and leasing office of falsifying said lease. They do not know how PDFs are made and what blank text boxes are in PDF files, and kept insisting the lease was invalid "because it looked like names were whited out". This is a securely generated legal document. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. We are not in 2012 anymore, majority of apartment applications are done completely online with digitally generated leases to save time going back and forth with leasing agents. I grew up on computers and my job is technical on computers as well so I know what I am talking about. The entire leasing office and everyone else I have spoken to is on my side. I was told it was "my problem" that PSEG does not like the way my complex generates online leases, yet they serve others in my entire apartment complex. Being accused of altering legally binding documents because of employee incompetence is not something I have taken lightly. I am EXTREMELY upset. Not even a paying customer yet and I am already dreading having to pay bills due to the wonderful first impression that was made on us.

If I was looking a resource to have my tomato plants, any plant really, to grow to be nice, robust and big, I would have the mess coming out of the customer service team mouth go right into my garden. Excellent organic fertilizer. 7 months and no straight answering as to why I am being overcharged and received no one credit request despite the numerous blackouts in 2021

The staff of the customer service center and the telephone customer service staff are of poor quality and character, have a bad attitude, do not deal with things, and are unreasonable, especially one old ladies and old men are particularly bad, bad to the core. So bad. Tomorrow I will announce the names of these two people. Hope the CEO sees it.
