Is the museum good for a class of 6-7 year olds or will they get easily bored?

I would suggest middle school (6/7th) and above.

I agree they are too young for the museum (I used to teach 4th grade).

No its its not for little ones

I think they'd get bored. Many of the things that make the museum so enjoyable, outside of the beautiful rooms, are manuscripts and paintings. Lots of reading
