I believe they only do cats and dogs for emergency purposes
Usually they will provide medical care on either a sliding scale or if your indigent, bring any HRA or SNAP benefit letter with you showing proof of your financial situation. I would call and ask if they would allow a pigeon in their clinic/hospital due to the amount of diseases they carry. Sorry, I know this wasnt the most helpful reply, but def wanted to lyk they do work with financial situations usually. They refuse to help my service dog's diabetes tho, and any issues caused by the disease. Which was a real bummer because I need him and hes got bad cataracts and is almost completely blind now. I do take him to ASPCA when he has other problems tho and they have helped w medications, etc. When hes had bronchial issues, and a bad tooth.
