No you don't have to call exactly at 8am, I called around 10 and was still able to get an appointment.

Hi Kandice! the Manhattan location performs surgeries but you have to call exactly at 8am to score an appointment as they only have a limited amount available per day. Be prepared to be on hold for quite some time even if you call at 8am and generally if by 9am they don't get to you, chances are there are no more appointments available but I do recommend to stay on hold as long as you can.

Manhattan is currently open but you need to make an appointment. They only accept a few appointments daily so it's best to call at 8am. Good luck
