Gissel the ASPCA truck will spay and neuter and vaccinate your Yorkie for a$5.00 contribution. You have to get your Yorkie spay or neutered first if your Yorkie is already fixed they won't give it the vaccinations. 10 years ago i took my Chihuahua to the truck and they didn't charge anything. But you had to prove that you couldn't afford the procedure. Either a Medicaid card or something else. I gave them a $5.00 donation and now they charge$5.00 and call it a donation. Sometimes i make believe that it's because of my donation that they charge a donation. Just saying. Good luck.

Yes you can get free vaccines but you must go to the mobile truck. The hospital is for emergency visits only. (Told to me by an employee of the ASPCA)

Yes just tell them that you don't have to much money that is what I do
