Please note, however, that our 1 bedroom apartments have the largest number of applicants on our waiting list. The wait time can vary, however, with over 350 families on the 1 bedroom list, the wait can be 1 or 2 years. For our housing choice voucher program (aka section 8), the waiting list is closed.
