I was told that I would be able to order ribbons by a deadline on a specific date and that they would arrive in time for my event so I went to order that day and was told a different date. Very untrustworthy company.

We ordered for our college organization and it was a great experience! We got prompt responses from customer service and the staff, great product mock ups, and they were very friendly. They had our products to us in less than a week! They got here before Marcos Promos even sent out the tracking information! The products themselves are exactly what we were looking for. We will be doing business with them again later!

Do not use this company. I placed an order on a 24 hour rush product. They sent me a proof and the next day sent me a delivery date. Later the same day, I was told nope, we can't do it. Why did they waste 24 hours of my time where I could have been looking elsewhere? Terrible way to run a business! They are very misleading to the customer and shrug it off with lecture as to why I didn't order it sooner. NOT my point. My point is don't be misleading and advertise you can do it, and then nope...sorry. And why would you attempt to lecture and scold a customer?!

Very happy with the product I received. Only issue was that I had to speak with multiple representatives before being able to confirm an order which was confusing. Also it took a few days for them to get the proof right, whilst their website says proofs would be ready within a few hours.

What will I pay for shipping & handling charges?

Prices do not include shipping & handling charges. All advertising merchandise is shipped FOB origin - we prepay shipping cost and add to sales acknowledgement & invoice unless an alternate shipper account number is provided. Promotional materials are shipped either via Fed Ex, UPS or truck depending on weight, date needed and delivery location. Freight savings based on negotiated rates are another way MARCO saves you money. We are no longer able to ship the following products outside of the approved territories listed below. This includes shipment destinations of a US bases or embassies. We are not able to make any exceptions at this time. Why am I charged setup, screen, or die charges for custom printed products?

The setup charge applies to many orders for custom imprinted items and is charged for the labor necessary to calibrate the equipment or machinery to your specific requirements, such as color and size of the imprint. The screen charge applies to the process of creating a silk screen or plate in order to apply your personalized imprint and colors onto the product. This is a one time only charge, unless the imprint changes. The ribbon die charge applies to ribbon titles not in our stock inventory that will be created to your specifications. We retain the badge ribbon die for four years after each use.

We are pleased to provide free samples to businesses and professional organizations large and small. By sampling our products, such as promotional pens, advertising gifts and convention bags, you eliminate any concerns about quality, color and size. About 98% of our products are available to ship to you without charge to locations within the Continental United States. The other 2% are products, that quite frankly, are too expensive for us to give away free. But, you can examine these items before you buy! If you provide us with a credit card we will ship the item (s) to you immediately and charge your card. Your card will be credited the amount of your sample (s) if you place an order or return the items within 30 days. In order to keep our prices low, we would like to keep your sample choices to approximately 5 (if you need 6 or 7...that's ok too 😀). If you reside outside of the Continental United States, we do ask for a UPS or FedEx International Shipper account number to ensure that all applicable duties and freight are paid. A $10 foreign document charge may also apply.
