Had the Schumann beef at Sarasota restaurant. Beef was dry and hard, like recooked several times. Wish I had sent it back, because within five hours I was really sick. Will never go back and had eaten there before and it was decent.

always had a good experience there.....food is ok when you know what they do well...lettuce wraps..etc...like others wrote, the ambience and service and drinks are always great

Sorry to hear that. It's usually good food.

The question is about their beef and getting sick, and certainly valid especially about any illnesses. I've had their Surf and Turf which was pretty bad and dry. However, thankfully neither of us choosing that meal got ill from it.

Ambience and service is great. Food - not so much 😛
