No. I adopted 2 animals from this location and the animals are splendid. The public must realize that the staff is dealing with animals that are sick, dying, scared, and dangerous all day long. It can get stressful at time for them and that is why the attitudes may be off at times. However, every workplace has their bad days as well. Even the McDonald’s staff. They are still human and have bad days. Simply respect what they do for the animals and move on.
It is a wonderful place
My personal experience with this facility was a nightmare for me and my family.#1they came and took our 7mth puppy right out of our yard because he barked at a stranger.Did not even leave a business card or nothing to hint there had been an event.day 3 i started calling this place.the front desk was unusually unhelpful so much so that i started getting suspicious.putting me off ,being vague.we"might" have a dog that ..i will have my superviser call u back etc.dy5 my mother and i went out there (15mi from us)only to be told he was there but its day 5now hes our propertyhed already been fixed and adopted out.we watched helplessly as our walter left with his new family. We lost a part of our family that day.Insult to injury they werecold hearted about it even.Blows my mind
Yes they are bad
