Under new ownership and they have raised the lot rent to 3 times what it was. How can people on a fixed income pay this. There should be some sort of regulations here.

I have always been told how great this place is... and was happy that my family living there has been so happy there for so long. My Aunt that lives there said that the new management is tripling her lot rent!!! My Aunt has a sign contract that says the rent cannot be raised over 6% a year! She may be out on the street now, as she barley makes enough to get by now. I understand that it is hard times for everyone, and things cost more, but I really hope the new management sleeps good at night knowing that they are financially damaging the elderly! SHAME ON YOU!

I do not recommend this place as the rent has drastically and suddenly been raised. It will more than likely continue. Please highly consider other areas before committing to this park.

Have friends that live here and apparently new owners won't honor the contract that the people have and are tripling the lot rent.... now people on a fixed income that shouldn't have to worry are getting screwed over...

Yes it's 55 & up and you own your home but not the land
Lot rent is 476.00 and includes water, sewer, trash and mowing. You also pay 16/mo. For fire insurance which goes to county. Have no idea where the 592.00 came from
There are so many that died and left units to park. Children don't want the responsibility. They are fixing them up very nice to sell. Rubber roofs , new windows, siding, and doing repairs inside. They are also tenting them.
Last I heard size limited dogs and declawed cats are allowed. Of course exceptions are service and companion animals.
Yes they do, I have seen a few open spaces. You would have to contact Donna in the office
