Ok sir. Now you have made it necessary for me to describe my experience at your place of business. Your nail technician was doing a fine job on my pedicure until you took over to “put the polish on”. You slapped it on quickly and very thick and then you proceeded to blame me for the topcoat that I brought in. I left with one toe bleeding from your attempt to cut the “hangnail” and a polish job that was all over the cuticles and surrounding skin. You did offer to repolish my nails after yelling at me in front of your customers. A good manager would have dealt with me more discreetly as I was attempting to do. I did not leave without paying. In fact I paid $28 dollars for a terrible job. If anyone should be calling the police it should be me. I would have left it at one star if you hadn’t kept going with your harassment. This could have been handled much better and without the need for this kind of public display.

I’ve been coming here for a few months and usually it’s a good experience, but my last visit wasn’t so great. They were a bit busy at the time, but that was no issue. I usually come each month for a pedicure, but the pedicure I got recently wasn’t good. Felt rushed, the nail technician didn’t put any in effort, toenails were cut unevenly, I still had dirt in the corner of my nails when I left and etc. The other customers getting pedicures weren’t getting rushed and their technicians were doing a good job/taking their time. Hopefully my next visit will be better, like how it is usually.

I always feel rushed and not very welcome d, the ending is a fair product.But not enjoyable.

Tina Is the best nail tech at this location. Amazing work and she is super fast!!
