The people there need to learn their jobs went to pick up a trailer they try handing the paperwork with nothing at all on it and a trailer that's padlocked I figure by now they should know the paperwork needs to be filled out by them since it's their equipment but who knows

The rudest and most unprofessional customer service representative (Mark) I have ever dealt with. I had reached out to customer service via email prior to calling and got no response. When I called, I was treated with no respect and the representative was condescending towards me. There was absolutely no attempt to help me solve my problem. When I asked to speak with someone else, he told me he was the only person there. There are 3,000 people that work for Feld Entertainment, and there is only 1 customer service rep, I find that hard to believe. When I asked who he reported to, he said Human Resources, but was unable to connect me. I couldn't believe the treatment I received from them. Unacceptable.

This company will delay events, hold them an hour after being scheduled and still allow their performers to go on even though lightning is present and bad weather conditions. They will also charge you full price even though they have to cancel a show early - that already started late to begin with. No regard for safety for their employees as well as audience. Do not recommend.

Yes but it's closed to the public, rehearsals for Disney On Ice , Monster trucks are among some of the things that go on inside these walls.

Hi Griffitii. To the best of my knowledge they just rehearse and prepare for the international shows they perform like Disney on Ice and Monster Jam for example.
