why are their so many empty trailers ? instead of selling them and getting the rent , the owners are just increasing the rent on the rest !

There are so many that died and left units to park. Children don't want the responsibility. They are fixing them up very nice to sell. Rubber roofs , new windows, siding, and doing repairs inside. They are also tenting them.
