Is this place fun does it have a gift shop and is there a ton of animals and are they aces to eat ?

It has a gift shop. Not many animals , it's a small zoo. One snack bar with , hotdogs, nuggets , fries, pizza Nachos and drinks .

Not a lot of Animals, but they have plenty of other venues (Chocolate World- free admission) to fill a day. They have some food there and a gift shop. Some responses say that it is free, however that is incorrect. It is only free if you are a season pass holder, or if you bought admission to Hershey Park (there is an entrance that connects to the park). Otherwise it costs $11.50 for adults and $9.50 for children (3-8) and seniors. I feel that the price is inexpensive and a value for what you do get to see in the Zoo.
