You can purchase a all day meal pass online it's worth it to you can eat every 90 minutes if you wanted to

Bathing suits are required for the water park. I don't think they sell waterproof cases. I've never seen them offered. Lockers are between $10 and $20 based on size.

Food can't be brought in and it's pretty pricey but depends where you go I guess the vending machines are like double what normal prices are

Why would they pay you back for the lockers? No you can not. And yes it is. Prob just your usual bathing suits. And not sure about the last one but i bet they do
