It's the last open weekend of the season. Will there be huge crowds? Or, at least, what will the crowd be like? Would it be better to arrive later in the afternoon?

Agree with all above. We went last weekend, and even with the overcast weather, things were crazier than I have ever seen. I recommend planning a time to leave the park for an hour or two (make sure to get your hands stamped for reentry!) So you can sit, rest, and get some food.

Get there early, pace yourself, spend the whole day and bring your wallet. Enjoy!
