I think minimum of 2 days. Two and a half was perfect for us. 1 day @ amusement park, 1 day for water park + zoo, and half day for chocolate world

A day is all you need.
Indeed. My ticket was for a Saturday, but it expires the next day. Most folks spend 1 full day at the park with friends or family or both.
