Some rides in limited capacity. The lines are much longer even on unfavorable days because they have reduced their staff.
There are rides available for children and adults
Some rides. Mostly the small stuff. Scrambler, Whip, etc. You might get some coasters, but it depends on weather. Honestly you are better off going in the spring.
3 roller coasters were going and lots of kids ride.
I would say most little kids rides, and a few coasters but that's about it.
There were a number of rides open. The Claw, The Mouse coaster, the indoor Laff House coaster, then new 76 mph coaster, the swings, bumper cars, tiltawhirl, slowgocarts, some kiddy rides, stores and food, chance games, probably a number of other things I didn't notice...
We were in Hershey November 26/27/28 and mostly everything was closed due to the cold temperatures. Kids rides were open but long lines. Keep in mind it opens at 2 PM now. We ended up only going to Hersheypark on the 27th.
Some rides are available like that are inside buildings like the reeses ride and small kids rides
