If it is a thunderstorm, they'll close most of the rides (all rollercoasters) and they should give you a rain pass to come back after the storm
Look at the tickets for the dates. It should state what days they are good for.
If this is for a work event, the tickets likely specify a date. As another poster stated, if they close most of the rides for at least one hour, you can get the "Rainy day guarantee" at the guest services right outside the main gate. Those replacement tickets would be valid the rest of the season.
Once purchased, tickets are good for a whole year I believe.
