Kids under 3 are free , but can't do much really , but at chocolate factory no ticket is needed for anyone and you can do a free tour with a small Hershey bar sample at the end, the rest has stuff for sale from candy to Hershey branded gear.
If you go to the stadium and pay for an expensive ticket someone might throw free candy at you
