They are ADA compliant and can accommodate persons with disabilities. If you have a disability such as celiac you might want to be more careful. Even though they are serve safe certified we witnessed them cross contaminate a customer's food right in front of him after he had just explained his situation. Luckily it was right in front of him. Imagine if he hadn't seen it!
Yes Hersheypark has handicap accessibility.Most rides are handicap accessible.Just stop off at the hospitality services building located just inside the park on the right hand side going up the first hill.Then fill out a 1 page questionnaire for accessibility then you get a boarding pass to use the accessible ride entrances.Some rides are accessible by cane or crutches while a few are wheelchair/ECV accessible via a elevator.
