Private room, Maybe. Main restaurant, no.
Not a toddler but old enough to know how to behave, that's something only those who know the child can assess. My children were used to good restaurants from a very young age. I would have taken them at five depending on time of day. Certainly by six or seven. I would say ten for most after a serous discussion about what was expected of them.
It's not an ideal place to bring kids
I would say 6 years old and older would probably be ok but definitely check the menu also for preferences.
I would not call it kid friendly. It is quite sophisticated and high end.
