It depends what you wore on the plane! ;-) Jeans with proper shoes and a button-down are appropriate. My husband usually wears a jacket but I don't think it's necessary. I usually wear a skirt with boots or dressy slacks, if that helps.
Just don't look like a bum but I think they're so professional they'll serve you know matter what.

If in the wine bar, casual works. Shirt and slacks/clean jeans are acceptable
Casual is fine, its more of an upscale bistro atmosphere.
