We received average service at best with two people during lunch service. The sad part is they charged 17% on the bill for tip which never happened as ive been here several time. I tip more than average but because i didnt look the part they did it themselves.

I had very different experiences for brunch and dinner. Dinner has been relaxed, with good food at modest prices. The daily specials are great value. I've returned multiple times. Weekend brunch, on the other hand, is something I don't want to repeat. I'll review that below. At any time of the day I've been, the waiters have always been too busy, and some of them have ignored me multiple times when I asked for more coffee and the check. Everybody is talking about Cafe Luluc's pancakes. They are good and they are huge. The sides are not that great though: I only got several pieces of fruit and not enough yogurt to smear over the large pancakes. The place is super crammed with tables, there is a wait, and at least during breakfast on weekends it's very popular with families with children, so be prepared for a loud crowd.
