I did not actually talk with anyone while I was at the temple because we came after service yad already started. The atmosphere was very open and welcoming. There were many helpful signs, and I felt comfortable in the temple as an observer. I think it would have been a much different experience if i showed up prior to service and was able to interact with folks there more.

Yes. Some people on duty might not speak English so you will have to be patient.

The lady in the gift shop spoke no English and my son was trying to learn their language. She was very patient with him and they were able to communicate and he learned a few words. Such a kind lady!
