No. But, for a few dollars, they let me lit up a candle in their water fountain. Their contact number is 212. 925-8787. I didn't requested a prayer from them. Maybe they do have someone onsite to help you. The burning of canisters in front of the Temple I believe it's every Chinese New Year on February. (Please correct me if I am wrong) Just give them a call, it closes at 5:45p.m.

I honestly went there as a tourist . However I did see people praying outside the (for lack of a better word) sanctuary. I also saw a Buddhist performing some ritual of burning something outside .. so I'm sorry for the lack of info
