I seen a banner for starting pay at $13hr at the Target in Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka, MN, is this for new employees & is the location on University Street in Saint Paul, MN offering the same starting pay?

Every location is different and also depends on your retail experience. Minnetonka/Hopkins is definitely a higher traffic store so the pay would be couple dollars more than starting
