Tried to buy a racquet they said the card reader did not work after trying three times. I asked if I was charged and was told no, then was charged 3 times and never received the racquet.

I have a Yakima roof rack with two bike holders and ski attachment. Does Play it again take that? ALso have a small dog trailer for a bike with all attachments. Like new never used. Will they take that too?
