There's a reason we need stores like Northern Tool and qualified folks that work there! Bought 2 wheels (rims and tires) for my riding lawn mower. Tried to put them on and found out the hub is longer/wider than the OEM ones. After returning them, I inquired if they could order new rims for me, but since I have Ryobi, he wasn't hopeful about getting the right parts. He suggested that if the existing rims are fine, they're able to mount new tires on my wheels which he did right then! Thanks Northern Tool and your service tech (I should have gotten his name, my bad)!!!

I've shopped a number of times at this store and have almost always had very good luck. Personnel have been helpful well above average, repairs on a lawn mower were done correctly -- and at a good price -- the first time and it's hard to beat some of their sale prices! All in all, I definitely recommend Northern Tool -- and, in particular, the Minnetonka location.

Unless you have a high-and electric pressure washer, you are going to pay more for service, than what a decent replacement would cost! The Rogers store, and the Minnetonka store, both have service departments that can repair just about anything they sell. I'm sure the Burnsville style does, as well, however, I don't have any personal experience regarding their capacity, as a services provider. I've personally, never used their southern store for maintenance issues, so I can't confirm, or deny, that they're any good down there.
They show inventory, and at what stores, right on their website. Then you'll know, where exactly they have them, or if you have to order them?
Depends on how you ordered it, online, via telephone, email request. Either way, you should have received an email confirmation of your order, and with that information, you can track your order on their website, or just give them a call, and they'll let you know exactly when to expect delivery!
