I have never written a Google review but I wanted to share my experience to hopefully save someone else. My first experience was fine as I went in with a pair of pants to be tailored and it was a non issue. It was quick, easy, and cost effective. However, my second experience was far from that. I took in a brand new Navy Blue suit to have tailored since it was not a custom ordered suit. They made the measurements to be tailored and asked if I wanted to close the vents and I said no keep them open. When I picked up the suit, the adjustments made were extremely unprofessionally done. The shoulders were pulled in creating basically large shoulder pads on a slim fit suit, the back formed a large bulge because of the material pulled, the area cut in the armpits to fit my chest made the arm hole extremely tight, and the vents were closed. The individual who measured myself said I didn't care if the vents were open and closed. There was no documentation to prove this on either side and it was a "he said she said" moment and I looked past it as there was nothing to be done there. However the tailoring done completely ruined the suit jacket. They offered to fix the corrections done as best as they could for free which I took, but the damage was already done. According to their policy on their website they would buy it back, and I'm sure if I made a big enough stink about the situation I could have received some money back to purchase a new suit, but I left it. If you are doing a simple tailoring job it seems like that is a non issue for the staff, but I would not risk tailoring something expensive like a suit jacket here, hence the 2 star rating. Maybe I was just unlucky and mistakes happen, but I hope this saves someone else from having a similar experience!

They are a professional tailor shop but they would not try to sew vertical ribbing at waist area as I requested, the way the leather flight jacket originally was done.

They did a great job measuring and took time to ask questions. We would recommend. Quick service and well done.
