When I went in they had masks and kept a safe distance away. They had fresh pens for signing.

Towing is not recommended with the Impreza.
You could get multiple quotes but morning just going to have a reasonable price for a bumper other places you could consider or various body shops maybe you can find one in the junkyard if you're trying to save money. But whatever damage the back of your car probably is liable to fix it so you shouldn't even care!
