Daddy, if it shows SRS red light, that's the Supplemental Restraints System which is the 'Airbag'. There's an issue with the airbag system/module.
At times I've had to leave a message bcuz the phone line was too busy but that's a good thing. To me that means they are doing well and will be around for a while. There was one situation when I didn't get my car back on time and they let me pick out an expensive sweater from their gift shop no charge. I think that's good customer service.
