AVOID THIS COMPANY! I was contacted by this company to do a plumbing job for a Marriott in Salt Lake City. Bryce (project manager) let us know he needed 26 toilets removed and replaced immediately. We took on the project after letting Bryce know we’ve had many issues in the past with general contractors pushing payment out for months. After lengthy conversation Bryce insisted he wasn’t that type of GC and agreed to pay the day the job was finished. After the job was completed we contacted Bryce and it was clear he had no intention of paying even though he was satisfied with the work and had no issues with our company. He waited until after the job was completed to ask for insurance information and let us know it would take some time before he could mail a check from Minnesota. Two months have gone by and still no check. We contacted Bryce and he said he still needed more info from us which was not true. We contact his company and let Lisa know we were no longer interested in dealing with, but they continually leave decisions up to him on payment. They told us they “mailed a check” but would not provide a tracking number and told us “Bryce was not interested in that.” Hopefully Bryce and this company can redirect their interests after we contact the Marriott about this situation.

This company did a remodel on a motel here in San Angelo where they re-done several rooms at Fairfield Inn and Suites. I, being a well known contractor in this town did a great job installing 10 of there cheap shower kits 5x's faster then the other guys they had, worked late evenings, to not be paid for none of the work besides a hot check from one of their foremans. Only to find out several guys weren't paid on future visits to go up there to claim my money. Tried to reach out and got bounced around to a guy named Phil Johnson who ran operations in Texas. At first he seemed concern, then he never called me back and wouldn't answer my calls ever again. I still have the text stating what a great job we did so I don't even wanna hear quality. No wonder yall are rich. Because yall don't pay people or subs. I will continue to pursue this until I'm done or I get paid because you should pay me my little check with yalls huge checkbook. I hope people are finding out how yall are

Schoenfelder Renovations was painting some exterior features of a big-box store that I was shopping in. After completing my purchases I came out to my vehicle to find there were some drips of paint on my vehicle, and a gentleman on a sky-jack applying the same paint to a light pole right above my car. I contacted Schoenfelder Renovations to see what could be done, and they responded quickly in efforts to resolve my issue. They did the right thing, and they did it quickly! If this same commitment to customer service is exhibited throughout their company, they truly are a cut above the rest. My experience in dealing with them was great.

Tuck pointing costs have risen dramatically in the past decade. We built a training and testing wall with CMU and clay brick in our shop. When we have a project that requires tuck pointing, we are able to test a crew to ensure that they are experienced at grinding out the failing mortar and installing the new mortar. This keeps costs down and ensures consistent quality for our clients.
Our projects range from $50,000 to $7,500,000 and take from 2 weeks to 10 months to complete.
Before beginning a project, our crews always inspect the building to ensure that everything is structurally sound. We also specialize in other commercial remodeling projects such as repairing stucco, decks, and pillars.
Mark Schoenfelder founded Schoenfelder Renovations in 1991!
