I want to thank them for all the work they've done. I was injured at work and it severely effected my life. They helped me more then they'll ever know. I received the help I needed. Thank you and I wish them the best.

Fantastic service from start to finish, didn't have to do any of the leg work myself, explained everything so I never felt out of the loop, and got me everything I needed during and after my rehab came to a conclusion! Would highly recommend Ben and his assistant Marci and Associates to anyone out there in need of a firm to really have your back going through a tough situation with your work place or any type of accident especially!

I was injured at work due to no fault of my own. As a result I was dismissed (fired). Thanks to Ben and his firm I was able to be compensated. His office kept me informed through the legal process. Ben even recommended a great surgeon. After a very long year of red tape and big companies B.S. Ben and his law firm's hard work finally prevailed. I would recommend their services to anyone struggling with Work Comp. Issue. Thanks!

My wife and I were involved in an auto accident where we were rear-ended on a highway while turning into a church parking lot. We were hit by an individual who was driving without insurance with a revoked license. My wife ended up in the hospital with a fractured vertebrae, spending a couple of weeks in the hospital and rehab center. We are doing well now. Thanks to Scott for all the work he has done on our behalf. His work with us is appreciated - a real professional!

Hi Bryan, Yes, you can see your own doctor. Within the first sixty days of your claim you are allowed to change to any other doctor you like, even if you have been treating with another provider. Thanks! - Scott Kruger

I was injured in a car accident. What happens when I hire your law firm?

Quinn Horvath | Oct 11, 2020
612 INJURED | Oct 11, 2021

Hi Quinn, When you hire our firm we take over the administration aspects of your claim; filling out paperwork, contacting providers to get them billing information, coordinating with the insurance companies so that you can focus on treating and getting your car repaired. We walk you through the different processes each insurer will ask you about so you feel prepared, and respond to the insurance companies to protect your benefits.

Can I still receive worker compensation benefits if the accident was my fault?

Yes, workers' compensation insurance is responsible to take care of you any time you are injured doing your job.

What should I do if I’m injured at work?

Cora A. | Oct 11, 2020
612 INJURED | Oct 11, 2020

Cora, The first thing you should do is seek medical help if you need it. Then make sure you tell your employer that you were injured on the job. You need to let your employer know as soon as possible. I would also recommend that you contact a workers' compensation attorney and get some guidance. Every case is different and an attorney can give you more advice on what to do for your specific claim. Our firm handles these claims all the time and its certainly something we would be willing to help you out with. Feel free to give me a call Benjamin J. Heimerl 612-294-2200
