I don't understand the question? If you're not dead or dying please stay home. If you need urgent care, please go to an urgent care instead of the ER. Don't treat the hospital like an urgent care clinic cause it's not. It's all about triage, if you're seriously sick, you'll get the care you need in a timely manner. Otherwise make an appointment with your PCP. You're not satisfied with the care, I get it, they could have better bedside manners, but understand that the staff are only human also. Remember the Golden Rule, treat others with the same respect that you'd want to be treated. If you're really unsatisfied with the care they provide, try Bellevue or NYU next time.

I usually go there to get my procedure done. Staff are always friendly and caring! I have a great experience there always!
