Good day I have currently been in a shelter over 90 days now. I recently became eligible for the Sota program. Does Breaking Ground except Sota, they are offering to pay a years rent up front. Thank you for your time.

Hi Alexis - Breaking Ground accepts all NYC subsidy programs, but eligibility, applicability, and availability of units are usually much more involved than a simple answer to your question. It's always best to speak with a housing specialist who can help determine your eligibility and look at available properties. Please reach out to us at info[at]breakingground[dot]org if you have further questions. The Breaking Ground Team

I'm not sure, you would have to contact the director about that.
