A horrible experience with this agency. Do not engage with them at all. I'm only giving a star so I can type this right now. I have an 85 years old patient who needs their services since she has Alzheimer's and it's also bedbound. They keep sending different people for her and still can't find a steady person for this case. So, she has like 7 home attendants coming to the house on a regular basis. Last week they didn't send the home attendant for replacement of another one and they kept on saying they were going to send someone right over, but they didn't. When I called for an answer the coordinator there named Carolina just told me they didn't have anybody to send and that if I didn't take care of her she was going to call 911 instead so the next day home attendant could pick her up from the hospital. Today, the same thing is happening, nobody came and I've reached them so they could send someone over, but they are still playing games I guess. This is absolutely unacceptable, upsetting and plain rude. And, I also must say that this coordinator, Carolina, as well as others has an attitude problem. So, I'm very disappointed with this so called good service and caring for the elderly. Horrible experience with this agency. Do not engage with them at all. Today the same thing is happening no one came and I contacted them so they could send someone but they are still playing I guess. This is absolutely unacceptable, annoying and just plain rude. I must also say that the coordinator, Carolina, as well as others have an attitude problem. So I am very dissatisfied with your service and care of this agency, because your slogan is false.

There are endless opportunities to learn while I am working in New York Foundation for Senior Citizen. Everyone works very hard and collaborate ideas to help those that are in need. Co-worker and management are always happy to help when I have question. They are also friendly that makes a good day for everyday.

This agency is very unorganized and unprofessional, My mother had a horrible experience with Jennifer Hernandez. She claims to be a coordinator but I would say otherwise. Every time She try to get a hold of her, she either transfer me to receptionist because she claims she cannot help at the moment or she says she’s super busy. Isn’t a coordinator supposed to manage a case and keeping up with their patients? If you think on coming here and get assigned to Jennifer. Good luck you’ll never get help from her. I honestly don’t know why she’s is still working there. Unbelievable how they would hire such person.
